ACID Café is a Madrid-based company with multiple locations, spearheaded by Fede and Sasha, a dynamic and creative couple, alongside their exceptional team.
Their offerings encompass a delectable array of freshly baked bread and pastries. Fueled by their ambition and originality, they also venture into reimagining brunch fusion inspired by diverse countries and cultures.

In the middle of 2020, I had the privilege of collaborating with ACID and co-creating the Pan Pan Van.
This innovative concept takes the form of a mobile bakery, akin to an ice cream truck, but brimming with an assortment of
artisanal bread and baked goods. By doing this, people got a chance to socialize when they might have been left alone during
the pandemic — of course without making crowds and putting anyone at risk.
The logotype gracefully captures the organic and tactile nature of dough with its soft curves and gentle flow,
evoking a sense of craftsmanship and artistry. The smooth contours and subtle textures in the design reflect the
meticulous process of kneading and shaping dough by skilled hands.
The Pan Pan Van roams the streets of Madrid, delivering handcrafted creations exclusively made with special organic
flour and butter sourced from ACID Bakehouse, one of their dedicated locations.
